Love my new glasses and the customer service there was amazing. In this time of COVID where safety is everything. I felt so comfortable there. Everyone had masks & where super nice. After having a negative experience at Closter Eye Care, I went across the street to get an eye exam. I called in advance to see Dr. Ross. After I had my eyes examined, they kindly directed me to their optical department. I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist, who called an optician to assist me. Linda promptly arrived to greet me with a smile and subsequently helped me choose stylish frames and excellent lenses for my vision needs. She was incredibly knowledgeable, amiable, and even helped me pick lenses that I absolutely adore, with no strings attached. Now I feel like a movie star! After about a week of patient waiting (art is a process!), a friendly female voice called to tell me my glasses were ready!
Overall, I was extremely satisfied by the service at this establishment and would highly recommend this eyeglass shop to anyone considering a change in style or an update to their lenses.
